Here are Ashley's top five reasons it is important to pay attention to your workspace:

Why werk your workspace?

Space is important.  Simple as that.  Where we are effects what we do and how we do it.  We believe the office environment is key to getting the best out of your people.  Here are the top 5 reasons it’s time to werk it in your workspace.    

1. Feng Shui Sweet

It’s a fact:  People like things in order.  When they have order, they have energy.  Get your space in order and get your people thriving.  Hide your wires and close up your storage.  Everything needs a place.  Put it there.

2. Productive People

Functional spaces provide work flow.  We can’t flow if we don’t know where to go.  Productivity is about getting your space functional for how you need to use it.  What your people need and how your teams work is imperative to  taking it to the next level.

3. Joy upon joy

Happy people thrive.  Proven fact.  When your people have what they need to be in order and functional, they will be happier...  And then they will be better at their jobs.  We promise.  (not to mention they will then be happy to come to work).  People spend 8-10 hours a day at work- make it an inviting place your employees are looking forward to returning to.

4. Dress to impress

The flare.  Every brand has some flare to showcase.  Whether you are client facing or not, put on a few accessories.  The extras are what make an office yours and showcase your uniqueness in a sea of sameness.  Buy the throw pillows and the plants and the flare.  All the flare.  You never get a second chance to make a first impression.

5. Show your style

Who are you?  What is your brand?  What do you want to communicate to new hires, current peeps, clients?  Be sure it’s on your walls.  Don’t hide it - scream it!  Add your style and showcase your space.
